Installation and site preparation

Provide a safe working area and protect the installation team from traffic.
Mark positions in accordance with the road authority’s requirements.
Prepare clean, dry holes and surfaces, free from debris, oil and other contaminants.
Use the specified two-part epoxy, ensuring the shank and underside are securely bonded. Wear appropriate protective gloves.
Align each lens towards approaching traffic and keep the lens free from adhesive.
Inspect workmanship and protect the installation until the adhesive has cured. Curing time depends on the adhesive and ambient conditions.
